URGENT HIRING! SALES SUPERVISOR (KEY ACCOUNT)
Responsibilities:
• To develop and manage the company's business in a sales territory through effective leading and training of sales personnel. The effectiveness of the Sales Supervisor is measured in terms of consistent achievement of the whole sales team covering distribution, sales, collection and merchandising targets within the prescribed policies and procedures.
• Monitor stock level on Stores
• Assures 100% stock availability on all stores
• Makes sure that sales targets are accomplished
• Will coordinate with buyers and office deliveries
Requirements:
• Willing to learn
• College Graduate / HS Graduate
• Preferably with experience in Retail
• Familiar in all Malls in the Philippines
• Good communication skills and self-driven
• Competency in using relevant computer applications (MS Office Tools)
• Monthly bonus are given when sales target are hit (2 vacancies)
